The Wedding Fairy – George Watts…
Voice of the wedding world
With over a million hits and counting on YouTube alone, George has been described as an internet sensation by the UK’s leading wedding expert website, Confetti.co.uk, and is now recognised as a major voice on everything linked to the world of saying “I do”!
George regularly contributes to a range of national magazines such as Perfect Weddings and is a resident wedding expert on TV shows including The Wright Stuff on FIVE, E4’s 50 Greatest Wedding Shockers, The Good Food Channel, TLC America for The Royal Wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton reaching over 22 million viewers, The Alan Titchmarsh Show for ITV1 and a mix of programmes for Sky’s Wedding TV.
George also manages a personal consultancy offering couples one-to-one planning services for their big day celebration and shares all his top tips of the trade and little black book of big day know-how via his international series of best-selling e-books to ensure any event is positively A-list. On top of this he is creator and founder of National Wedding Day. This annual event gives couples globally a chance to rejoice and re-live the most sensational day of their life whilst also raising money for their favourite charity.
More recently The Wedding Fairy has also been guest writing for The Party Times and LittleBlackDress.co.uk. In Sept 2013, George offically launched his new magazine column ‘Wedding Fairy SOS’ Exclusively in BritishMODE
And for 2014, George has been announced as a patron of The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation and commented:
I am truly thrilled to accept this patrongage for 2014 and feel so honoured to be given this opportunity to support the incredible work of the foundation. I have admired everything Naomi and the team have achieved for quite some time now, so to have this chance to do my little bit to help is really wonderful. And for me personally, it is so inspiring to see the Great British Wedding Industry all pulling together for such an amazing cause and I see it as my job of patron, to keep spreading the word of what The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation is all about. In such a short space of time, the charity has achieved so much, and I know in 2014 we will keep building on that inspirational work to support wherever we can.
